It took awhile to figure out how to work these images. This place actually Photoshops better than it photographs. There are subtle colors here, but it's heavy-handed Photoshopping that brings them out to this degree. While not entirely realistic, in a tightly-composed scene focused almost exclusively on texture and color, there is more latitude for interpretation and creating a new realism.
