There are many different species of agave. The one known as the "Weber blue" is used to make tequila. However, this is not that "blue" agave. This is a plant that was found on the rim of Grand Canyon. The day was clear and the shadows were full of blue light from the sky overhead. Photoshop was used to lighten the blue colors to provide contrast and balance with the lighter greens in the rest of the plant.
